| Let Ledgent help you smooth the transitions. Ramping-up for longer assignments requires orientation time, which Ledgent is pleased to provide you for no charge. We believe you should only have to pay for productive time, and this includes the re-orientation provided by our Ambassadors to your employees returning from long-term absences. |

The first 4 hours is free because this is generally the amount of time it takes to orient our Ambassador to the assignment and the work environment before they can actually become productive in completing tasks. |

We’ll also not charge for the last 4 hours on a longer assignment so that our Ambassador can get your returning employee up to speed on the tasks that have been completed or are in progress. |
